Pop & Profit is an independent, third-party application developed to interact with the Deriv platform via its official API. We are not directly operated or owned by Deriv.com. By using this app, you also agree to be bound by Deriv's official Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Security & API Tokens
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Deriv account and API tokens. Pop & Profit does not store your Deriv passwords. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account while using this application.
3. Execution of Trades
Popping balloons in 'Real' mode translates to real financial transactions on your Deriv account. Once an action is taken within the game, it is final and cannot be reversed.
4. Technical Issues and Liability
The developers of Pop & Profit hold no liability for any financial losses or damages resulting from technical issues, including but not limited to: API latency, server downtime, internet connection drops, or game crashes. You play entirely at your own risk.
5. No Guarantee of Profit
Pop & Profit is a gamified interface for trading. There is no guarantee of profit. The 'Demo' mode is for practice purposes only, and success in Demo mode does not imply success when playing with real funds.
6. Compliance
By using this application, you also agree to comply with the official Terms and Conditions set forth by Deriv.com. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Ensure your device is secure when playing on 'Real' mode.
